Other things to note
The subdivision is new and is just beginning to be populated. That makes nature still untouched. At night, there are practically no lights nearby, so the sky is quite a spectacle. In the mornings and afternoons, native birds visit us. In addition, on the terrace, you can see whales, depending on the time of year you visit us. The wave is the main attraction, extensive left lines on the main peak, but you can hike to the river, where they are right, plus other peaks scattered throughout the area.
